Inbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR):
This service allows staff to dial a free-phone telephone number (or National Rate 0845) at any time to obtain employee information. Once dialled in, a welcome message prompts the caller to make a selection. By following these voice prompts and using their telephone key-pad the right information can be found. Messages can also be left and sent back as a sound file providing valuable feedback.
Numbers ranges available 0800 – Free to end user from UK landlines – paid for by the company 0870 – National rate – Cost for user to dial which generates revenues for the company 0845 – Local rate – Cost for user to dial which generates smaller revenues for the company
Reporting available - Feedback report – Audio files emailed with any responses
- Message Listing report – Highlights menu key strokes – useful for cost centres
- Usage report – Volume of calls (minutes/hours) on the inbound number
- Time of day reporting – set up to deliver e.g 9am-12pm
- Possible web-access with administrator log-in for stats.

File changes via Remote voice recorder We can give you a dial in number with password that allows you to call in and make changes to any of the message files. This would mean you have the ability to make important changes and report information as it happens. You have the option of record playback, save or re-record. Good for latest information and emergency announcements/instructions.
